YOBEL
Yobel is a major 3PL based in Peru with a presence in 11 Latin American countries.
It required functionality to manage batch numbers, expiration dates, and functionality for the industries to which it provides its services (retail, fashion, CPG, among others).
Tsol was in charge of the implementation of the Körber WMS for its warehouse in Lima. This tool helped them to systematize their receipt, storage, assortment, packaging and shipping operations, achieving an inventory reliability of more than 99%, by migrating from a paper operation to 100% online, with radio frequency equipment.
Thanks to the success of this first project, a second phase was carried out to roll out the system in 20 more warehouses distributed in Peru, Panama and the Dominican Republic, obtaining important improvements in terms of inventory reliability, entry and exit control , minimization of assortment errors and arrangement logic.
Since then Tsol has served as Körber's trusted advisor and expert implementer for required additional configurations, roll out for new warehouses and support in the use of the system. We have maintained this relationship for 10 consecutive years.
At Tsol we seek to go beyond an isolated implementation, we hope to become a valuable business partner for each of our clients, adding value through their entire logistics chain.

GEODIS

After conducting a thorough analysis of the collected data, review of the system configuration, and interviews with key users, we were able to submit a list of 32 suggestions for improvements, ranking the priorities and calculating the cost of each.
With this same client, we were part of the .xml interface development team for communication with the SAP ERP through WebServices and Windows Services, thus optimizing the processes for uploading and downloading information to HighJump.
At Tsol we are happy to support customers who use Körber tools even if we were not the original implementers of the tool. We consider that technological implementations are subject to review and identification of areas for improvement every 1 or 2 years, to promote a strategy of continuous improvement.

RHEEM
Rheem is a leading manufacturer and supplier of domestic and industrial water heaters and room temperature controllers.
We carry out a study of to determine the optimal accommodation in your warehouse. Since SKUs are stored in the same place with different temporalities and according to the season of the year, the arrangement of the products had to be reversed. Tsol's expert consultants designed a warehouse layout for them to designate basic accommodation rules based on sales volumes, inventory turnover and timing.
Subsequently, and with a more structured initial warehouse design, we carried out the implementation of HighJump's WMS in its warehouse in the State of Mexico. Through this implementation we were able to systematize their receipt, storage, arrangement and assortment operations.
We accompany the client throughout the post-implementation support and change management process, and some time after implementation we carry out an analysis and deliver 32 improvement proposals and recommendations for use of the system classified by priority, with the aim of enhancing the use of the Körber tool.
